1. When you are entitled to a refund

  • The conversion failed due to a problem on our side and no usable output was produced.
  • You were charged more than once for the same conversion.
  • The service was unavailable after your payment and your files were never delivered.

2. When refunds are not available

  • The transcript was delivered successfully but you are unhappy with the accuracy. Transcription is automated and accuracy depends on audio quality.
  • You uploaded the wrong file or chose the wrong settings after the conversion completed.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@textera.pro within 14 days of the charge. Include the email address used, the approximate time of payment and the file name if available.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days.
